Looking for family of Thomas Walker, DOB in the latter 1800's, married Cynthia Hurd/Heard, probably between 1880-1901. Her mother was Lydia Dixon Hurd, no further info. Lived in Noxubee and Lauderdale Counties/Meridian in MS. May have lived prior to that in Pickens County, AL, just across the state line. Children included at least three daughters: Bettie Price Walker-prior to marriage in TX to Prewett from Leflore County, OK, corrected DOB 1/20/02; Nettie Walker Reynolds (Sam)-later from Bossier City or Shreveport, LA, and Sallie Walker Williamson (Amos L.)-later from Brownsville, TX. There was also at least one son, John Walker (Gertrude) who later lived in Greenville, SC. All were born between 1895 and 1910; and all are deceased. Next generation children and greatgrandchildren want to know. No contact with this family since the 1920's. Any information will be shared. Please feel free to contact me directly.
