I looked in my data base and did not come up with a Phillip Nolan.
I do have a Pherrilla Harrison, widow of John Harrison of Dallas County married to John Tubb born 1758 Orange Co., N C., died 1836 in Perry Co., Al. John was also married to his first cousin Karenhappuch Tubb. John was the son of William and Karenhappuch was the daughter of his brother George Tubb.

I picked up a tidbit on the Tubb genforum today. John Tubb born 1700 was born in Cornwall Endland and married Rebecca Capshaw of England. I have not documented this info but it is a good lead.
Mary
