Rachael DUNKIN ORR step- daughter Perry County AL 1890 census

Yesterday I was surfing through some online 1890 Perry County AL census records and was surprised to see that James ORR had a step-daughter named Rachael DUNKIN b abt 1862. I had her listed in my records as Rachael ORR and her mother as Nancy DUNKIN. This must mean that the first child that I have listed as Charles ORR b about 1858 must be the step-son of James ORR and must have been named Charles DUNKIN. DUNKIN, therefore, must have been their mother's name by her first husband (not her maiden name as I have her listed.) Does anyone know her maiden name and who was the father of these DUNKIN children? I'm a descendant of Catherine DUNKIN b 1824 SC daughter of Abel DUNKIN JR and primarily want to know where Charles and Rachael DUNKIN fit into the family. John H. DUNKIN who married Rebecca ORR and Jacob DUNKIN who was married to a Nancy ORR were Catherine DUNKIN's brothers.
