CHANDLER and FILBERT families in 1840

Looking for possible connections to a William CHANDLER that was listed in the 1840 Census. There was a William CHANDLER that married a Mary FILBERT in Perry County in 1836. In the 1840 census William CHANDLER was living in the house next to Hezekiah FILBERT. I am having touble linking all of this information together through documents.
