Does anyone have any idea who might have been the parents and or siblings of Alexander W. Worrell born 1816 in Randolph County NC? He was married May 11 1843 in Perry County Alabama to Caroline WOOLLEY DUKE (I believe her first husband was Jeremiah DUKE). Alexander was married a second time in Bibb County Alabama on 4 April 1854 to Emeline WRIGHT. I am trying to connect him with parents and siblings in hopes of connecting him to my great grandfather Wesley J. Worrell born 1811 in NC who was first married in Perry County Alabama in 1839 to Catherine DUNKIN. The men were close enough in age to be brothers and lived in the same vicinity of Perry County Alabama, both came from NC but I have not been able to find their parents nor connect them with siblings so cannot say for a fact that they were brothers. Another man in the area, Jefferson M. WORRELL, also from NC, married in Perry County Alabama on 17 December 1843, could be another brother. Are there any WORRELL families in Randolph County with an Alexander, Wesley or Jefferson they have not yet traced? Could be they moved to Alabama.
