Robert Duke in 1840 Census

I have been shown a famliy tree for this man, he being the patriarch. Apparently, he arrived in Perry Co. slightly before this census, as he bought some land, in 1836.
If he came to this area with others from his father's family, the list does not reveal that. However, other Duke family names exist in this area of AL. at this time, and the total list has not been gathered, to my knowledge. Does anyone know of a Lovet Sherrod Duke, born in 1840, who was married in 1860 to Margaret Adeline Fondren of Bibb Co.? Would appreciate any thoughts you can suggest. Joe Duke
