Parker, Smith & Basham of Hartselle, ALA, 1893

I am researching the family of JAMES RUFUS PARKER and wife MARY ANN PAMELIA (SMITH) PARKER who lived in Hartselle, Morgan Co., ALA prior to 1893. Children of this couple include: DAVID RUFUS PARKER, JOHN TANDY PARKER, NANCY JANE PARKER, ETTA E. PARKER, SIDNEY ACUE PARKER, JAMES ALBERT PARKER, and perhaps one other child unknown. Children may have been born in Waynesboro, Wayne Co., TN.

The Parker family relocated to Poinsett County, ARkansas prior to 1893. Marriages of the Parker children are recorded at Poinsett County Courthouse, Harrisburg, AR. Many family members are buried at Whitehall (Poinsett Co.), AR at the Clampit Cemetery, located six miles south of Harrisburg, AR.

An individual referred to as "Uncle Ped BASHAM" reportedly accompanied the Parkers to Arkansas. The town of Basham, ALA is located near Hartselle, Ala.

Is anyone researching these lines? Any information will be appreciated.
