Jackson/Fields Family
Posted by: Katherine Willis (ID *****2806) Date: April 06, 2005 at 16:15:12

Hello

I am researching the Jackson surname. In my research,I found a Peggy Jackson,1858,who married Silas Fields,1855 in 1875 in Montgomery,AL. Their child was Maggy Fields,1879. In the 1880 Federal Census in Elmore Co.,Al, Peggy and her daughter are listed as MU,while Silas Fields is listed as Black. I have found some family members, but I am trying to find Ben Jackson and Hilliard Jackson who were poss. brothers of Peggy Jackson and Curleva Jackson. The families eventually ended up in Cold Spring,Elmore Co.,AL.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
