The Greil Memorial Hospital is located at the corner of Upper Wetumka Road and McCarter St. It is no where near Greenwood Cemetery. It is about 1/2 mile from Oakwood Cemetery. It is still open and now is a rehab clinic for drugs and alchol and for people with mental instability. Please check the Alabama archives website for their new hours. Due to Budget cuts they are down to a limited staff and have increased their research prices. You might write or call Greil and see if they can tell you where their old records would be kept.
