Yes, several thousand Confederate troops taken prisoner five days after the war was ended.
Blakely is located on most current Atlases as "Historic Blakely State Park, or Blakely Park" about six miles due north of Spanish Fort, about one mile off State Highway 225 in Baldwin County Alabama. Although I haven't visited there since the State took over the Park, I have heard it has been nicely cleaned up and many of the breastworks are still visible.
