Need help finding will: Nancy Phelps abt 1902

I have seen a few lines from her will, but the person couldn't remember where she got it. The information is accurate, so I know it came from somewhere.

It starts off as Nancy Phelps aka Nancy Goff.

The best I can tell she died in Mobile County around 1902. She had quite a bit of property when she died.

If you would be wiling to look this up for me please let me know and I will work out compensation with you.
