Angela,
I would love to help you out with the Brown family, however I have next to nothing on Franklin Brown. He was born November 4, 1833 in Louisiana (where I do not know). Died June 16, 1888 and is buried in Brown / Lowery Cemetery here in Mobile, Al. He married Mary Ann Pierce (I have a copy of their marriage license) and had 7 children (6 girls and 1 boy). I did find out that his mother was Elizabeth Kitchener. Unfortunately, that is all I know about Franklin. I will keep your message and contact you if I am able to find out ANYTHING.
If you have anything that might aid in the research, just let me know and I will get busy researching again and see if anything turns up.
