I found her! She is buried at PineCrest on Dauphin St., but her name is misspelled (Winacker). She died 20 Oct 1930. I still couldn't find her in the State Death records- until I noticed a record for Richard I. Weinacker in New Orleans, LA, on 20 Oct 1930, age 38. This is Cora. I already have the State Death record for Richard- in Alabama, five years later. Why is she listed under her husbands name? And isn't it odd that she died in New Orleans and was buried in Mobile, AL? I thought people were usually quickly buried wherever they died.
