Hi,
I'm trying to find more information on one of my wife's ancestors. John Venus came to America from Barcelona, Spain, ca 1860 and married in Mobile in 1865 to Mary Frances Kilpatrick. As far as I know, he lived in Mobile until his death, sometime after 1910, but we don't know when he died or where he is buried. His daughter Emma Venus married William St. Clair ca 1897. Does anyone have access to Mobile cemetery records or parish records which would record births and other information? I know that Emma's daughter and her husband are buried in Magnolia Cemetery in Mobile, so the older generations may be there, as well. Thanks.
