Emily Q V [Queen Victoria?] m. Stephen S BURKES. He did not serve CW as he was b 9-1863. His father is also Stephen, so possibly it is he who served CW.

May I ask the source for Emily's maiden name? I found a Victoria E BROOKS b c 1862/63, d/o Benj, 1870/80 Leake Co MS
