No Relation;..
FYI:If you ever post again, please try to add dates/time frames. These are almost vital to any volunteer who tries to assist you. Also, any other data that you may have on an individual/couple, including spouse, children, parents, etc...
I think this is your fellow:
SSDI
Fredie Bretten
b. 21 March 1926
ssn issued:Alabama
d. April 1979
One of the main reasons he's hard to find is because of the time frame.Your dealing with privacy issues here.
The SSDI did not show where he resided.
I believe he shows up in the Alabama Marriage Index on Ancestry.com, however, I do not have access to this database to learn more details other than the marriage took place in Calhoun Co in August 1967.
There are some avenues that can still be checked out. A copy of his death certificate should be acquired, that may show parents and other pertinent data.He died at a young age, so if he collected SS Disability they could be contacted for a copy of his application, or if he worked for the railroad then contact the railroad board.
A copy of his obit should also be checked into and if you don't know what paper may have printed such, then go to epodunk.com and type in the area he resided in. In those results will be a list for Media, and newspapers. Using his date of death should help you out in obtaining a copy of his obit.
Good Luck!
