I am also looking for information about a James Allen Keith.
He was born May 30, 1808 in the in the Pendleton District of SC.
He Died in 1872
I think his parents are John Keith (1771 - 1853) and Jane Mackey (1773- 1846)
I think he married Elenor Youngblood.
She was born in 1809 in the Pendleton Dist of SC
She died in 1877 in Argo, Alabama.
I know that they had at least 1 child:
Simeon Lafayette Keith. Born: 1833 in S.C. and died Sept. 16, 1892
Simeon was in the Civil War.
He married Sarah A. Jones, I think
Anybody know anything about this line of James A. Keith?
