I'm looking into several White families from Alabama.
One is John White who married Ann Burges and lived in Dekalb County Alabama and started White Hall school in the 1800's.

Another White family is Daniel Burges White (maybe related to John White) from Sand Mountain. He had 21 children by two wifes, Rennie Nailer who died and he remarried Mattie Truss and had more children. They were from the Painter Community, near Crossville and Geraldine, Alabama. Daniel B. White was born 1853 and died 1923. Celia Rennie Nailer was born 11/26-1858 and died 3/10/1890. Lou Mattie Truss was born 2/24/1871 and died 3/24/1938.

Another White family is Nathan (M.N.)White and Ezell White (brothers I think) from Dekalb County Alabama. Nathan was born August 13, 1892 and married Emma Alma Saffels. Ezell White was born 7/18/1886 and died May 8, 1963 and married Levada Adelaide Saffels. They are all buried at Kelly's Chapel Cemetery near Grove Oak, Alabama.
