Hi there, I helped you in the past on the Chappell's.

I looked in Tallapoosa Co., AL and there is no marriage listing for Alice Chappell and Tom Tinnimon. I would guess that they married in Dallas County probably.

On the 1900 census where Alice and Tom are living with her parents the census is dated 13 June 1900 and the couple stated they were married for 6/12 but then the census taker marked a zero over all of that to say they were married for less than one year. By that I would guess it is safe to bet that seraching for a marriage date between Nov 1899-Feb 1900.

I would contact Dallas County to inquire:
