I am trying to document the link between Mary Ann Thurmond (b. Feb 1823, d. 15-Mar-1901or05) and her father, Benjamin Thurmond "Jr" (b. abt 1783, d. abt 1861). I have conflicting info as to whether she was born in Alabama or Georgia.
I'm also trying to document the link between Ben Jr. and his father, Benjamin "Sr" (b.1736, d. bef 1787).
Does anyone have these documentations?
Mary Ann was my g3-grandmother. She married a Gunter from SC. Her daughter, Caroline, married into the Hornsby family of Texas. Caroline mothered 12 children; the youngest being born in 1891.
I am happy to share the documentations I have.
