I'm trying to locate the family of my g-grandmother Cordelia McGraw, so I am seeking information pertaining to any McGraw family that lived in Jefferson (Birmingham) or Blount County, Alabama prior to 1900.
The following is the only information that I have re my McGraw line:
Cordelia McGraw
b. January 1871 - Alabama
d. ?? - Walker County, Alabama
m. James Sylvester Self
According to census records, Cordelia and James Sylvester Self were living in Reids Gap, Blount County Alabama in 1900.
Any advise, help, or even a good guess would be greatly appreciated,
