I am looking for information about Thomas Stewart who lived
in Maysville, Madison County, Alabama. He married Martha
Wilkinson or Martha Worsham. They are both buried in the
Maysville-Stewart cemetery. Thomas Stewart was b. 1772 in
Delaware according to his son, William Stewart. His father
must have been William Stewart. Thomas named his first son,
William Stewart. During his youth a letter found in the
Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama library, it states he
was raised in Maryland. Later, Thomas Stewart moved to
Danville, Pittslyvania, Virgina. After his marriage to Martha, with Thomas Wilkinson a bondsman, he moved later to
Maysville, Madison County, Alabama.
