Marriage Records - Autauga Co., also Epidemic?

Does anyone know if marriage records are available in Autauga Co. for the period 1816-1821?

Also, was there an epidemic of some disease in that county about 1849-1850? I have two ancestors who died very young within a year of each other, also a baby daughter.
