Hello Brenda & thanks for taking the time to answer my query. With the same name & ending up in Cherokee Co. AL, I have believe that the Abel Roberts family were somehow connected with my Frances' family. She had no possible reason for leaving GA when she was widowed except to be with relatives. Do you happen to know if Abel had any siblings also in Cherokee Co? Thank you again for helping me with this.
