John William Kilgore, born 1876-1885. Died 1922/24. Was married to: Willie Mae Owens (b. 1872) married in Bethel, OK. (3rd in birth order) (Murdered 1922-1924 in OK over live Stock/Moonshine theft)
HE WAS MURRIED BY Robert Newt Romine or possibly John Williams sister Melinda Fayetta Kilgore, b. February 8, 1893, m. 1909 to, Charles Edward Clapp then to, Robert Newt Romine in 1916
RUMOR STATED THAT JOHN KILGORE AND ROBERT NEWT ROMINE were in prison together and John introduced his sister Melinda F. Kilgore to Romine.
TRYING TO GET FACTS ON PRISION RECORDS of proof, possible served in jail or prison in Kansas then moved back to Okalahoma after prison. Probably would have been EARLY 1900-1908. OR ANYTHING AT ALL ON THE PERSON.
John parents were
Joseph Preston Kilgore/Martha A. Milton also possibly (Tyree) pronounced, "TIRE" or could be spelt Tyree, TYRE, TYRA, TYRIE, TIRE"
We believe Joseph born 1844-1848 in Alabama, died 1924, rumored 1931, Davidson, OK (Tillman or Tilman County)
Mary Tyree was suppose to be born around 1850 in Arkansas of the Cherokee or Choctaw Nation (territories)

3. Martha Elizabeth Kilgore, b. December 13, 1871 m. Samuel Downs.
4. Charles H. Kilgore, b. December 1883, d.?? (1918) (shot and killed). Bank Robber/Thief (Could have been shot by cops)
5. Warren M. Kilgore, b. August 1886
6. Dovie J. Kilgore, b. August 1889.
7. Laura Kilgore, b.? Shot and Killed by husband.
8. Melinda Fayetta Kilgore, b. February 8, 1893, m. 1909 to, Charles Edward Clapp then to, Robert Newt Romine in 1916
