i'm looking for my niece,she was born 1-24-1985 at dale medical center to kim shipmon besther name at birth was latisha jevetta best i know 19 years is a long time to be in the foster care system for that i'm sorry. but every tjme we try to find any information about latisha the department of human resources won't help. i want to know if she's still alive if she has children,or a husband what are her likes or dislikes so if theres any one in the state of alabama who might be able to help me find latisha or whatever name they changed it to the last time we checked she was not adopted.so please alabama north,south,east,west help me find my niece.THANK YOU FOR READING THIS MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
