Charles (C. W.) Duncan and wife Maggie probably died around 1925/30 time period. Jess Duncan son of Charles and Maggie probably died around 1960/65. His wife Katherine McKinstry Duncan died several years after Jess. Jess and Katerine lived in Guntersville in a log home on the lake, just a few blocks to the right after crossing the 231 hwy bridge. Katherine authored a book on the history of Marshall County. Pete Duncan was the son of Jess and Katherine. He was the operator of a marina in Guntersville that burned several years ago. Pete may have been a nickname. Thank you for your response.
