Thank you so much for your follow-up.

First I want to ask, how did you look at the AL Death Index for 1882-1952??? That is something I would really like to do. Are there any other records that I could look at on-line.

Goodwin's first wife Elizabeth Floyd died in 1855. They married 12/21/1833. They had 7 children. Goodwin & Elizabeth are my ggg grandparents. (James Benjamin & Tabatha Goodwin FISK are Goodwin's parents.)

Goodwin married Mary Bevel on 1/6/1856 in Madison Cnty. They had 4 children. They are the 4 you listed. She died abt. 1880.

Please let me know how you looked at the Death Index and any other Alabama or Madison County records that I could look at on line.

My husband & I have been to Fisk, Alabama and to the Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Madison County. We were also on Huntsville but have not looked at any official records in those places.

My main objective at this time is to find the place of death and burial for James Benjamin, Tabatha, Goodwin, Elizabeth and Mary. I hope you can set me on the right path.

Thank you again for you help.

Glenda Wheeler
