Would like to know if someone has an obit or death certificate on him. we have got stuck at this point. We have him born in 1848 in Ga., son of James McFarland Coleman and Patience Durden. We have him married to a Cinthia (Synthia)Fitzgerald. We cant find a burial place. Did he die in Fort Gaines, Fla or Ga or Ala. I have seen it listed as each state. Cinthia and Stephen had the following children:
James Thomas Coleman b. 10-1867 Richmond Co., GA
d. 3-17-1925
William A. Coleman b. 1871
John L. Coleman b. 1873
George W. Coleman b. 1875
