Need info on David Abernathy, b.1790 NC., in Giles, TN by 1820, Shelby Co., AL by 1830, Macon by 1850. Not seen after 1850.
His son, Joseph Thomas Abernathy became Methodist Episcopal
minister in 1855,moved to Coosa Co, d. 1859 on Socapatoy circuit.
