The Limestone County Archives has a new assistant archivist named Rebekah. For your needs from the archives you may contact her at (256) 233-6404 or

The archives is also on Facebook at Rebekah adds a clip of Limestone County history everyday.


The Master Index is now online and searchable. Go to the
Limestone County Archives Data Search Link:

After you login you will see the list of document types that are available, one of which is the master index.

They are working hard to get all the documents digitized and online; it's not 100% yet, but it will get there. Some of the documents are not searchable by name, but you can find it with the results from the master index.
