John Norton of Lincoln, TN obtained land 1818 in Lawrence County, AL. His wife was Jane. They divorced in 1830 and she was left with a houseful of kids. She was still on the census in 1840. Does anyone have any information on this couple, who they were, where they were married and who their children were?
