Let me check my records and I will share what I have. David and Griffin Rutherford are brothers for certain, I have proof of that and land records on them.
Thomas Rutherford b. 1756 d. 1831 Giles Co., Tn. m. Sarah Anderson 1790 Orange County N.C.
Their children are:
Agnes b. 9/22/1793
Thomas b. 4/26/1796
Griffin b. 5/17/1801
James b. 2/18/1805
Sarah b. 2/11/1809 (This may be the same Sarah with BLM land record in Walker Co., I have a copy)
David b. 9/1812
Thomas served in the Continental Line 1812 Capt. Rodes Co. of Lytle's N.C. Regiment 12 Aug. 1818.
My grandfather has this book and I will have a copy of this page soon. Thomas is my grandfather. I hope this helps you. I have some additional info as well. (this email will not change any time soon).
