Seems all my families lead back to Lauderdale Co, AL.

Paternal and Maternal sides of my great grandparents are in Lauderdale by 1880.

Rutha Curtis Crumpton, widow of Jesse, m. George Miles, and moved to Lauderdale by 1880. Jesse and Rutha had Martha Crumpton, my great great grandmother who married Enoch T. Tucker in 1880, son of John and Cordelia.

Siblings of Enoch Tucker: Laura A. m. James T. Hogan in Colbert Co, moved to Ark, can't find them after 1920
William James B. m. Martha A. Johnson, can't find them after 1880 in Lauderdale, Elizabeth Jane m. James Bullen/Bullew and I loose them after 1880. Can't find anything on Cornelius, Elzy or John after 1870. Nor do I know what happend to John or Cordelia. Any Tuckers in Lauderdale Co, know this line?

Siblings of Martha Crumpton are Charity, Emily, Mitchell, Louise, Mary and Sarah D. Married into the Vaughns. Know wonder my family thought my grandmothers maiden name was Vaughn for years, until a picture was discovered with her maiden name written on it when referencing her as the mother of her grown children.

Martha Tuckers daughter Lou Ella, m. my great grandpa Thomas Barrett Moore, abt 1897, son of Elias and Mary Polly Williams Moore. They are in LA in 1900 stating married 3 years and no children. The Moores came from NC, to Marshall Co, Tn, to Limestone, to Lauderdale and back to Limestone, the on to Texas via Arkansas, we think.

Would love to hear from anyone researching these lines in Lauderdale.
