William and Eliza are my GGG grandparents twice. Their son was George William, not to be confused with George Washington Taylor who married Mary Susan Church. Those two are buried at Crews Methodist cemetery and we just came back from Sulligent trip and as soon as I can I will update the picture on Findagrave.com. William and Eliza's son John Burton "Hol" Taylor May 30, 1856-Oct 10, 1920 married Nancy Elizabeth Jane Smith November 25, 1855- Jan 20, 1945
their children are-- Nancy Elizabeth "Betts" Taylor, Georgia Ann Taylor Perkins (William Houston Perkins), (( My G-Grandmother Mary Eliza "Lizza" Taylor Barnes Smith (JB Barnes, Dave Elmer Smith, their daughter Janie Lois Smith Taylor (married to France Albert Taylor)), Frances "Fannie" Jane Taylor South (Bascom Gurley South), William "Matt" Thomas Taylor, Alta Missouri Taylor Vinson (William Floyd Vinson), John Thomas "Tom" Taylor (Earlie Maybelle South), Jesse James Taylor (Metter), Marion Taylor, Sibby Jane taylor, Polly Myrtle Joleen Taylor.
I am searching for more information on my family William and Eliza's other son George William Taylor (Wife unknown) had my G-Grandfather George Albert "Bud" Taylor (wife Michie Tamara Minor whose parents are William Ostin Minor/Mary Melindie Webb) They had my grandfather, France Albert Taylor. So, my grandparents- grandfathers were brothers (confused yet?) I feel like my family tree does alot of figure 8's instead of branching.
I need to know who George William Taylor married
I need to know what happened to Michie Tamara Minor Taylor Born October 1879/ I have all her brothers and sisters. My aunts told me that she had breast cancer and died sometime in the 50's or early 60's but I don't know exactly when and where she is buried. I cannot get a death cert until I have exact date of death. She is related to Webb/Weeks/Minor/Cantrell and I have searched many of the cemeteries in the area. I don't know if she went to Arkansas before she died to be cared for by her children or if she died in lamar county alabama or monroe county ms. I know her husband George Albert "Bud" Taylor went to Arkansas to stay with his children and he died sometime in the early 60's and is buried somewhere in Rogers/Bradford Arkansas. On ancestry.com he is listed as dying in Alabama in 1974 but that is George C. Taylor and he is buried at Crews methodist Cemetery. This part of the family was living in Crews when my grandfather France Albert was born. Any help would be very appreciated.
