Charles, I talked with my husband's aunt last night on the phone, and I even spoke with my mother-in-law. According to both of them, Emmer had an older sister named Susan who married John McAdams. They had no children. John died when Susan was 83 years and she came to live with Emmer until she died 2 or 3 years later. They also said that both are buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Shannon, Lee Co. MS and that John is the only one with a marker. Susan has a small stone. If I can get some time today, I'll try to make it to the cemetery to see if I might can get some dates for John. My mother-in-law thought she had told me this years ago. Later, Jeanie
