Crawford line from Abbeville, SC to Lamar, Alabama

Hello, im doing research on the Crawford line that moved from Abbeville, SC (old 96th district) to what is now Lamar County Alabama. I have found a James J. b. 1812 married to an Atalaide ? that is found in Lamar around 1850s on census. He was born in Abbeville. I think his father was a William L. b 1776-1780 and married to an Elizaabeth. I have found posts mentioning Williams L. children, includeing a Joseph Lindsey, Thomas and William Andrew before. William Andrews line, I believe, went on to Missouri. I'd love to talk with anyone who has connetions or information on these lines. My real stump is that I believe William L.'s father was either a Joseph b. 1763 who met and married an Agnus McCarter or a Joseph who met and married another unrelated Crawford woman while coming over from Ireland. I do believe at this point both Josephs were from Ireland from an area known as Crawford's Hill. Please contact me via this post or email or both with any related information and I will be greatly appreciative. Thanks and have a happy holidays!
