Hi Tony,
I have Chaffin ancestors and I have a book written by Bee Chaffin with many Chaffin's in it. I could not find your Sara Elizabeth but even though she has a large book some were left out. You don't have enough for me to go on, but my Chaffins were mostly in Marion and Fayette counties. My gggrandfather was Calvin C. Chaffin, his father was Elias Chaffin who was a preacher so lived in many places. I am sure that you come from one of these families, but need to know more to see where they fit in.
