I research Williamson Hawkins and Elizabeth Nations who came to Jefferson County about 1815 from area of Rutherford County Tennessee. Two of his daughters married sons of George Roebuck. My line is via Susan Caroline Hawkins who married Alfred Hamilton ROEBUCK. Their daughter Mary Ellen Roebuck born 1843 married Benjamin F. Cunningham and moved to Shelby County Alabama.
