I am seeking information on Henry L. Waldrop who married my distant cousin, Lucile Gibson. Have death notice index indicating he died in Jefferson Co, AL in 1992 which is where he lived most of his life. I tried to get Death Cert. but 25 year rule applies to anyone other than immediate family. Perhaps the Birmingham newspaper Obits for that time would say where he buried and family members. Thank you.
