Looking for information re: Hugh Giles Harper who married Edy (Elizabeth) Townley in April 1829 in Jefferson County, Alabama. I believe my husband to be descended from their son Frances Marion b. 1832 in Alabama. The family eventually moved on to Louisiana. Looking for Harper ancestors.
