PEASE HELP ME; I am searching for my father that was known by the name of Jack Davis. He was in Paducah, Kentucky on a construction project (Bell Telephone Office) for the construction firm of McDonough-Thompson Const., Inc. in 1970-71 where he and my mother first got together. She followed him to Tuscaloosa where he dumped her after a week in a motel, never to see him again, so I was told. He is in his middle to late fifty's at this time and believed to be from the Birmingham area. He was probably working in Selma at the time of the Tuscaloosa meeting and most probably married. My information is that he was working on a highway bridge project as an officeclerk. I am very sure that he is native of the Birmingham area and maybe still there. I have been advised by my preacher (Church Of Christ) "To let sleeping dogs lie", but I have a burning desire to find this person
