RICHARD R. EDDINS CLAIMED BY DEATH
Richard Riley Eddins, 70, died at his home 305 Magnolia Ave., last night after a brief illness.
Mr. Eddins had made his home here since 1934 having come here from Dothan, Ala.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ida Eddins; five sons, Ralph Eddins, Paul Eddins, Sgt. Otha R. Eddins all of Panama City; Glen Eddins of Ashford, Ala; and Charles Bruce Eddins of Troy, Ala.; four daughters, Mrs. Clyde Willis of Pell City, Ala., Mrs. W. C. Fields of Orange, Tex; Mrs. Herbert Kirvin of Panama City and Mrs. Eleanor Powell of Panama City. In additon there are five sisters and two brothers and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral Service arrangements are imcomplete but will be announced later by Wilson Funeral Home.

LAST RITES HELD FOR R. R. EDDINS
Funeral services for Richard Riley Eddins, 70, who died Sunday night, were to be held at 2 p m. today in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Elder J.J. Collins of Hartsford, Ala., was to officiate with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were listed as: M J (Doc) Daffin, John Henry Davis, Doug Davis, D. B. Hart, Hoke Johnson, and Aubrey Maloy.
Honorary pallbearers: A. C. Rogers, R. R. Whittington, Dr. James Poyner, Dr. J. M . Nixon, Dr.Russell Stewart, E. B. Sellars, G. C. Willis, John Henry Stanley, H. C. Zirkelback, A. H. Blunt, B. K. Loftin, and Otis Duncan.
Mr. Eddins resided at 305 Magnolia Avenue. He came here in 1934 from Dothan, Ala.
