Richard, I have a lot of Nobles info from Lewis on down. I can email if you like. I had always "assumed" that some of those Nobles were possible siblings of Lewis in 1840 and 1850 but had no proof. Now we know that John H, Morris, Lucy F/J, William W and Washington were all his siblings. The others were interesting too.

I am also wondering if their father James isn't the son of Lewis Sanders Nobles. I suppose it's possible, we don't know where James was living prior to 1820 and Lewis did have several older sons who are still unaccounted for in the great Nobles mystery. There is a land record of Lewis buying land in GA with William, James and one other "son".
