The cemetery that I mentioned is Mt. Zion. That is where my ancestor, James C. Logan is buried. All of the info I have found published about James C. Logan states that he is buried "at New Prospect near Cook's store in Hale county." Mt Zion cemetery is on the east side of Hwy 60 between Akron and Wedgeworth. By the way are your Parr's from SC? I have an Esther Parr b. Abt. 1750 in NC, d. Abt. 1844 in Edgefield Co, SC. m. Abt. 1765 William McGraw Sr. in Kershaw, SC. Esther was the daughter of Arthur Parr, Sr. and Margaret? I also remember from my childhood visits to Akron a man named Wilmer Parr, any relation? My Hale Co. surnames: True, Logan, Wright, Williams, Harris. Across the river in Green Co. surnames: McGraw, Mobley, Free, Sellers, Drummond
