Obit: Maggie Bride Weatherford Ledbetter

Funeral services were held Jan. 2, 1964 from the Burleson Church for Mrs. Maggie Bride Ledbetter, 75 of Vina, Ala., with burial in the adjoining cemetery with Highsmith Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Ledbetter died Dec. 30, 1963 at her residence. She was a native of Franklin County, Ala.

Survivors included her husband, Charles A. Ledbetter; six sons, J. C. Ledbetter of Kilgore, Texas, Douglas Ledbetter of Vina, Ala., R. M. Ledbetter of Amory, Billy Ledbetter of Hamilton, Ala., John Ledbetter of Columbus, S.C., and Bud Ledbetter of Birmingham, Ala.; three daughters, Mrs. Gordy Wilson of Tremont, Mrs. Aldrich Frederick of Russellville, Ala., and Mrs. Bill Williams of New Orleans, La.; a brother, F. J. Weatherford of Russellville; a sister, Miss Eva Weatherford of Vina; 39 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. The late Charles G. Ledbetter was also a son.
