Marie Creel Waldrep, 86, died April 19, 2008, in Birmingham, Ala. She was born Sept.13, 1921, in Golden to Rufus and Ida Hale Creel. She was a bookkeeper.
Graveside services were at Red Bay City Cemetery with Deaton Funeral Home of Red Bay in charge of arrangements.
Survivors included her daughter, Patty W. Royal of Birmingham; sister-in-law, Joyce Creel of Golden; two nieces, Rebecca Bridges of Iuka and Melissa Creel of Golden.
