Johnny F. Higginbottom, 35, died September 26, 1982 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Red Bay, Ala. He was an employee of Anvil Homes, Inc. in Guin, Ala. Services were Sept. 27 at the Dean Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with burial in the Ridge Cemetery.
Survivors included his wife, Mrs. Reggie Pickett Higginbottom of Red Bay; two sons, Jason Higginbottom and Chris Higginbottom, both of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Higginbottom of Belmont; a sister, Mrs. Jo Ann Johnson of Red Bay; a brother, Jimmy Higginbottom of Red Bay; his grandmothers, Mrs. Ollie Higginbottom of Dennis and Mrs. Mackie Smith of Belmont.
