Kay, a lot of these old yearly association minutes are stored at Samford University in Birmingham, Al. and can be read on line. I've been researching the pre 1900 ones for my ancestors. In trying to locate the old minutes, I called Fayette County Baptist Association, but the earliest they have is 1966.

Hope you can find the 1913. Samford is probably your best bet.
