Hi Patrica! I'm trying to verify that Samuel Moody McCraw was married to Sarah E. Reese (daughter of John & Rutha). The only thing I had to go on was the McCraw man was married to a S.E. about the same age as Sarah. Also a W. F. Reese boy was living with them. I do not live in the state to check this out. All I can tell you for sure is their daughter Dollie Rosetta McCraw married Francis Marion Thadeus " Thad " Fowler, Dollies father was Samuel Moody McCraw (somtimes said McGraw) and my uncle said years ago her mother was a Reese. Dollies parents died while she was young, so the only census they were all listed in together was the 1870 census that used just their initials. I'm hoping you can offer me some insight to help me clear this up!
